Nice work Bill. I always have mixed feelings when those type of things happen. Happy to save the pet but not sure I want to give it back to it's humans....hard to accept someone who let's their companion loose and exposed to death by traffic. Most drivers don't pay much attention to anything smaller than what they drive.
