Why did the marshalls wait for so long to deploy the safety car. I can understand the "slow zone" concept; it's kind of a like a local yellow, but with a specified speed limit.
But why have that on going for about 10 minutes, and
then deploy the safety car? Repairing the armco or not, the cars will always be going 60 mph through the slow zone area. I'm not understanding something.
