Go to the hospital now and get checked out, the insurance companies will screw with you and try to get you to sign forms that say that everything is fine before they'll fix you bike. You don't know everything is fine unless you do.
I went over a cab door on my pedal bike and didn't go to the hospital either- should have, the back on my helmet was cracked and I must have been out for a few minutes- dumb choice. Go get checked out.
