From a guy with a back injury, let me also say GO GET CHECKED OUT.
A) You need to know. If any damage to the bones, you will need to wear a device so that they heal correctly. Or else you can be be in for chronic pain in your later years.
B) Insurance companies will screw with you. They will claim you didn't go sooner because you were fine until your greed kicked in. Etc.
