Any red in your pee?

I, like others here, have a back injury stemming from being hit on my motorcycle. 4 years later my herniated disc resulted in all sorts of damage and misalignment of my spine. The pain was very subtle over the last 3 years but came on real strong in Jan/Feb this year. I have been seeing a chiropractor who has been very aggressive with my treatment and PT.

I'm not giving you a sob story, just a point of reference. Getting checked out was the right first step. Now getting a GOOD treatment plan is the next step (and sticking to it). You don't want to look back in 4 or 5 years and have a high level of pain every waking hour.
