I'd call Lowe's or whatever lumberyard you have nearby and see what a building that size would cost for framing, siding and roofing then go from there. I was looking at one of those several years ago buy my wife nixed that idea because she said they are too ugly. I'm able to build my own stick frame buildings so I bought the materials and put up my own building and I'm glad I did because it was insulated the way I want it to be and I have 12 foot ceilings for the future 2 post lift.
As for insulating, I'd use the spray in foam. I'm talking about the stuff you buy in kits for buildings or have a professional spray it in.
