We have publicly funded health care - a bit like Britian, but without the troubles
Plus I've done a two day chainsaw use and safety course. So liability isn't an issue. We aren't
really into suing in this country unless someone has been very negligent. But yes, this is one of the reasons they don't want people such as me doing this.
It's in my nature to use rules as guidelines so something as minor as this is fair game in my book
