mod- think you need to lighten up. In case you haven't noticed, the last two weeks there have been organized Global Naked Bike Rides. 8,000 riders in Portland alone. The image depicted is pure humor - not suggestive -. My grand daughters sent it to me for laughs.
The image posted was a directive of saving fuel and alternative transportation. It was a printed poster in the thousands and publically displayed.
To further educate you about the 'naked rides':
The ride was originally done to graphically portray the fact that compared to someone in a car, we might as well be out on the road, naked, for all the protection we have.. We are vulnerable road users, as simple as that.
It has also developed some subthemes, like freedom, and a carnival atmosphere, and even costumes to enhance the nakedness.
