I've moved to Florida and my hangar rent went from $125 to $320. The annual is around $2000 just for the inspection. I have a few other things being done that will cost another $2000 to $3000. And that is if nothing is found.
I'm flying around 100 - 150hrs a year, I budget $24k. Like cars the problem is I keep wanting to add things that I don't have to have, I just want them.
To make matters worse I'm closing on the new house at the end of the month and the wife is already buying furniture. I hope she can find a part time job.
