When I used to sell cars we had one woman bring her car back for the same thing. She drove like a bus driver - stop and go, no acceleration or deceleration. When I explained what it was she had a forehead slapping moment... Also had a guy bring back a car because he said it made some awful noise when you opened one window at high speed. We explained he should open a second to equalize the air flow/pressure...
