No strange noises as air injector you explained to me. The car does have a very small idle problem, you can hardly notice it at all and does clear up as soon as I rev to move the car. Clutch is good no slip. I'll start with the obvious as you suggested.
The car is so much fun to drive. My last was an 83 911, wow what a difference. This has also been my peace meal as I have just curtailed my racing down to a couple of races a year. Did it for 29 years SCCA, Formula and production. Would love to find a young not so fortunate kid and put him in the Spec Miata I also own but most of the younger kids would rather take their chances on the street. It's a tough sell to get them on the track. Thanks again
