A few weeks ago I was just getting ready to leave a store when I see a yellow C6 Z06 pulling in. I noticed the cowl induction hood as he got closer and then I heard the whine of a blower. The guy pulled up next to us(leaving an empty space between

). As the occupants got out I commented on what a nice car they had. The guy and I spent the next 30 minutes talking cars(his wife went into the store to shop, telling him she would be back). His Vette was a Lingenfelter with a supercharger. He claims it has 600 RWHP. I didn't question that as it is entirely possible.
He remarked how he had always wanted a 911 but didn't know much about them. I filled him in on what years would be best and some of the myths.
When we got home, my daughter told my wife "Dad has ANOTHER car buddy now".
A car guy is a car guy and there is no reason to not show respect to another person's pride and joy, even if it isn't your cup of tea.
Had I not had my daughter with me I would have taken him up on going for a ride.
