Your post has a lot of statements that sound like your wife decided to do X whether you liked it or agreed or not. It's probably just the way you typed it up.

Very Nice! I love the color!

C3 Corvette is the sexiest car ever built. EVER.
Corvettes ended for me in 1973.
Yeah, when they went to the soft bumpers, and lost their power, bleh. I did like the looks of the '82 again. I thought the C5 was a pretty hot looking car, a little European looking. Not a huge fan of the C6 looks. The C7, in person, is much, much better than in photos. I was surprised how much I liked it when I saw the first one.

I thought the same thing when I saw the photos in the magazines, but in person, the rear end doesn't look anything like a camaro. Also, the camaro doesn't have those tail lights any more. I think they just had them for the first year or two.

I consult with my wife on everything, just like you.

I like your past and current cars, but I couldn't give a flying burrito brother about what others think of my ride.

Best.
Lighten up. A little ribbing is pretty standard here. And his first post does make it sound like the missus made all of the decisions regardless of whether they were smart or cooperative.

And yeah, I don't care what others think of my cars either. Hell, I'm on my second miata.
