It does have early CIS I don't see a WUR on it and the Engine looks to be totally rebuilt with everything new including the fuel lines and even the fuel distributor rebuilt stickers and new nuts and crush washers everywhere.

167hp feels so leisurely and friendly for sure .compared to the other 911 i have beg you to kill yourself in

and fix the all to typical no start once hot like every CIS 911 i have had??
