For the first 30 minutes, I went through that scenario...had my wiring going to the cig lighter power. I changed that over to a wire that gets power while cranking (drops to 9.5v or so).
I do plan to test the DME power and coil as well. I just ran out of time on Sunday...
But I know for a fact that my fuel pump isn't getting power.
