as noted above you only need the provincial inspection ( NOT Crappy Tire! ) and I don't know about Aircare. the key is to find a shop that understands what's needed and do a 'sympathetic' inspection. I've had half a dozen cars inspected and never had it on a lift or even had a wheel taken off. ask around and find a shop that understands they're not new cars. and NEVER take it to a tire/alignment shop. I guarantee if you do you'll find you need a complete new front suspension and brakes
