Gray is a very nice color. I must warn you, it changes color during the day and its almost a different color all together during the evening. Paint a large section of the wall with the actual paint you will use and go away for lunch and look at it after that and come back to it in the evening for gray's true color. I push for gray for lots of homes we work on. My own home is medium gray color.
