Take it easy....listen to the Doc...get a second opinion if it makes you feel better. But please don't screw around with pneumonia, it can kill. Our health system isn't great up here, but the good news is a couple of doctor visits or a week or so in the hospital is not going to bankrupt you. Take care sir.
