Except that's utter BS. The Supra was quite handler of the crop of Japanese muscle. And outhandled Porsche's 911 Turbo and Ferraris frequently in tests. Mustangs and Corvettes of the day did no such thing. It hustled around a track quicker than the RX-7. And by "track" I mean road course.
