Thanks for the advice guys. That is exactly what I wanted to know. I have always been an overkill kind of guy so you just saved me a few dollars. If I can ever get this project going again, I will have to post some pics and results.

I guess something I forgot to ask earlier was if there was still a need for a closed cell foam or additional thermal insulation pad for the firewall after the lizard skin, or does the spray coating work well enough that it is not needed? Not looking for a silent tomb, but stock or better would be nice.

And 962, I agree with the noise feedback of a sports car..... I freaking love this thing!
