You haven't worked on cars for years right? But you must have been trained in Stuttgart in a previous life?

I have an engine and gearbox rebuild 'pencilled' in for the future but I do not want to attempt it until I have everything required in place and ready to go. Your nice photos are an indication of the hardware that's now on my list.

Great work, great photos and thanks for sharing.

Jason.
Hi Jason - nothing like having the right tools for the job. I even bought the crankshaft seal installation tool which I did use. Also have the camshaft holding tool, Stromski liner hold down sleeves, and several others which I may use one day.

The scissor lift is worth its weight in gold (slight exaggeration as it weighs a ton), and I would highly recommend the hydraulic lifting table, The lifting table has saved my back for several jobs around the house including installing a built in oven.
