Natty: I would get a cardboard box large enough to place the posters in flat. Separate the posters with the thin paper you can get get at any good art store. If it were me, I would not mat and frame any of the posters unless they are for your personal use. By storing in a flat configuration, separated by the special paper, you can prolong the life of the posters. And it does look like you tried to avoid actually pinning through the posters. Another way to display them for photos is to use some soft cloth-covered books or something else heavy enough to hold down the corners.
