Buying new bilstein HD struts / shocks all around, reusing the MO30 springs will cost about $1600

PSS10 runs about $3500.

Questions:

1) Is the PSS10 worth the $1900 price difference? I really did like the setup I had to date, except that it wasn't adjustable as much (ride height / corner balance) as I would have wanted, leaving the front a little high.

Is the adjust-ability of ride a big deal and do people actually mess with it between daily driving and a weekend event?

2) What is on the car from the factory? Is it bilstein shocks / struts that could be sent out for rebuild - possibly saving $$$?

Car is waiting for the repairs, until I have time. But I wanted to start thinking about this. Also thinking about having this work done, as it will have to get set up by a suspension specialist anyway, after I put it in.

Thanks!!!

I had PSS9's and I loved them until they leaked. It took six months for Bilstein to get parts (cores) for the rebuild. So if you buy PSSx buy the 10's-don't buy the 9's. You can get the the 10's rebuilt in a few weeks.

As far as adjustment you have to align whenever you change ride height. Once you find your desired height you probably never touch it ever again.

For the damping adjustment again once I found the desired setting I never touched them.

If you have black shocks you most likely have the stock Monroe. They can't be rebuilt.

Your sway bar will work fine with the PSSx but you may need the GT3 drop links to obtain the correct sway bar preload depending on how low you go.
