I took allergy shots as a kid, but could not do it to myself when my dad was on the road. We had to have a friend do it, who had been an Army medic. Back then I was terrified of needles. Now I have no fear whatsoever and don't mind blood tests anymore than clipping my fingernails. But I haven't had occasion to inject myself yet. I think I'd be able to do it.
