I own a weissach and my dash is shot too, the most cost effective move is to get your hands on a black leather dash and dye it,if you go to worlduph.com, the color # you are looking for is 204. the factory called it doric grey for the weissach, and beige gray for all the others its the same color, my 83 911sc cab is beige grey and its the exact same color as my weissach, good luck
