ooh, nice condescension. But no, back when I was young and (more) stupid I passed the both the written and physical tests, well --Very high scores. But that was the 80's and my "minority' buddy got number#1 ranking ... with lower test scores - low 90%. The hiring goals were solely focused women and minorities - not white males.
