So I have been driving my car and with the sound of the exhaust I guess, a bit hard. I noticed that I was burning oil and it would puff on start up. After all the work I did ended up blowing my AOS. It wasn't as bad as what people say here. I didn't have continues smoke, it would happen for about 10 seconds right after start up. The big clue was the burning oil. I went through 3 liters in 800 miles. I read my butt off here and Rennlist and not a lot of people talk about burning oil. I took the cap off of my oil filler and it sounded like I open a bottle of soda. Then the car would almost stall and run like crap. Before I use to hear just a steady light suction sound. I put my hand on the filler tube and it had a very strong suction now like a vacuum.
So back to the shop it went. The messed up thing was when they were doing the clutch I saw the separator and I asked because I read all the time, should they just change it since its there. They said that they would but it was back ordered at Porsche and I opted to leave it so I could have my car back.
So they installed it and I've had my car for two days. Drove it nicely yesterday and about 200 miles. No smoke on start up and oil level stayed the same. All that is left now is just to respray the front bumper cover because all the nicks and maybe the hood and then 3M clear wrap the hood and fenders. Then done. Car is 100%. I do have to say that the M030 suspension is great up here but had to go to NYC yesterday and those roads are nuts and you can feel every pot hole. Still I don't drive much in the NYC so no worries.
