You have had a lot of good advice here based on very little information provided by you.

I appreciate you may not be ready to out the shop yet but there has to be more to this story than what you have given us so far.

The Cap'n has generously offered for you to PM him so he can give you a professional opinion which would help greatly with your conversation with the shop on this matter.

I strongly recommend you take him up on his offer and or provide us with more information, before you call them!

Looking at your bill there are certainly items missing that I would expect to be there if they actually performed the work they have billed you for.

Further, there must have been a conversation with them once they had opened up your engine, there are always while you are in there questions?

Good luck with your conversation with them on monday, I think you are going to need it!
