I still don't quite understand the pricing some of you guys are going by.
2004 Porsche 911 C4S (NOT A CAB) - $23,900 with 100,000 miles
2004 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S AWD Convertible - $39,949 with 49,712 miles
2004 Porsche 911 Turbo AWD Convertible - $53,000 with 26,000 miles
If I were to draw a conclusion from this limited data, it looks like the value of these cars is
extremely mileage sensitive, and AWD and or a turbo adds value (obviously).
There also seems to be a steep price hike for the 2005 (997) and newer look, so I don't see where a low mileage 997 cab can be had for 40k.
Perhaps a specific example or several examples to support onewhippedpuppy's claim is in order.
There is a difference between what some of you are willing to pay, and what most of these cars are being listed for. An explanation of this discrepancy may be in order.
