Every Mac Grill has "men" written in Italian on the inside of the women's bathroom door and vise versa. Another tradition- something about the construction workers of the first Macaroni Grill getting drunk and messing up the signs and never switching them back, so if you speak Italian don't freak out and think you're in the wrong bathroom.... It's always funny to watch people come out and go into the other bathroom though
