I know there are a thousand ways to clean oil off your driveway, but I just had to post this new-to-me solution. Normally, I clean-off oil stains by spraying the spots with engine degreaser or carb cleaner. Neither has ever fully removed the stain, but I assumed nothing out there really could... especially older stains. Well... today, I was out of both of these products, so I tried some CRC mass airflow sensor cleaner that I bought from AutoZone for my Tacoma. WOW! It
instantly removed new
AND old stains with no scrubbing!
I couldn't believe it. I'm sure it's not environmentally friendly and it's probably killed a few of my brain cells, but I can't recommend it enough. It's definitely worth trying if you've been stumped by everything else.
