Techweenie, you sound like you have direct knowledge of the deal under discussion. Is that correct?
If what peko states is true, that he agreed on a price with a seller and the seller had accepted a deposit, it's my understanding that's a legal contract and he has a serious issue with the seller, not with BHCC.
