If what peko states is true, that he agreed on a price with a seller and the seller had accepted a deposit, it's my understanding that's a legal contract and he has a serious issue with the seller, not with BHCC.

I was referring to the Mexico Blue Targa that was the subject of this thread.
I suggested it to a friend at the asking price and he tried to buy it, only to have the price change.
