These are the trim pieces around the B pillars, next to convertible top. There are some phillips screws with holes down the center (yellow arrows) that the little pins go in. Should there be some kind of rubber inside the holes to grip the pins? These trim pieces are different color but since have been painted to match body. Thanks for any help. Bob
