I've always found it interesting that people assume an asking price followed by OBO means that the car is going to sell for less then asking. In this market an OBO can mean that the seller can and will increase the price if offers over asking come in and compete for the car.
Nothing to say about the dealer in question. I know nothing about them or their tactics.
