property taxes seem to be about 2.9% of assesed value in the woodlands. We love living in the woodlands though it has gotten a bit crazy in the last year or so with Exxon mobil moving next door. THe population has increased by 75% in the last decade I heard.
I paid 165k for my modest little 2000 Sqft house a few years ago, though it seems to be worth quite a bit more currently. Most of you guys spend more on cologne than that
I am a bit of a minimalist so I wanted a smaller house, sometimes it is difficult to find houses small enough in the neighborhoods you like around here.
