I have a bunch of apt bldgs and my plumbers use Bradford White. However, I don't have any 75 gallon heaters, only 40 gallon units. If you can, get the ones where you can light the pilot light yourself. They started replacing the water heaters with sealed unit that have a sight window and a button igniter. Those things seem to fail much faster than the manual light ones. The manual ones are much easier to light, too, at least for me.
