Being plumbers we use AO Smith, never a problem and great customer support. I removed my gas water heater and installed a Navien instantaneous heater in my home. Fires only on demand and has never ending hot water. It's especially nice for a whirlpool or filling a tub. I have a NR-240 which has 199K btu max output. With 55° water in it will make 7.4 gal per minute with 120° water out.
The only "problem" is venting of the IHWH. It requires an inlet and outlet line in 3" PVC. If you can mount it on an outside wall then your 99% done. Just drill two holes and vent thru the wall.
I love my IHWH. But, a good ole AO Smith is less than half the cost and will last a long time especially if you flush it out every six months and change the anode every few years.
