The lugs nuts are spherical, not tapered.
Try:
www.thesamba.com in the classifieds section. If you don't find the weels you are looking for, place an ad in the wheels wanted section. Centerline used to make wheels for the VW and 914 130mm.... maybe they still do? Or you could take stock steel wheels and have them widened by ione of the shops that does it.
By the way, funny coincidence, I'm making flares for another Zach on his 914 here in Seattle. He was asking about wider 5 bolt wheels on the other board just recently.
