I owned that special edition 25 years ago. Probably one of the biggest dogs I have ever owned. I remember years ago My Wife was in her 67 Bug and I was in the 924 and we were going up a steep grade from I 8 going up I 805 in San Diego. My Wife came up next to me and smiled and sailed right past me! There was nothing I could do. Just gutless. Sold it. Also, the dash in those cars would self destruct. No kidding.
