Assembling Connecting Rods on Crankshaft

After cleaning, cleaning, cleaning i mount the new bearing shells with assembly grease (Oil additive).

I have order some OEM Rod Bolds and nuts by pelican
with this numbers:

Connecting Rod Bold: 964-103-176-00-M260
Connecting Rod Nut: 993-103-174-02-M260

I take all Specs for Tightening Torques from my original Repair Manuals.
I'm doing this report after the car actually already running.

I have torque my Connecting Bolds with the "old Specs"

1. 20NM
2. 90°

A Friend and Member from here (Roland / Proffighter)
give me and a Friend this Bulletin I was shocked.

With the now from the Bulletin is this wrong....

1. 15NM
2. 90°
3. 90°

All engine builders we asked seem to make the same Mistake there all had a question mark on her face.
