I have had it with XFX. They have a lifetime warranty on their stuf, but I reported the fan on my video card stopped working on 6/24 and they asked if I wanted to ship the card to them to have it fixed or if I wanted to put the fan in myself. I said I could do the fan myself. I have been doing this stuff for over 20 years. On 7/3 it supposedly shipped. On 7/15 I notified them I did not receive it and they asked to verify the address so I did. On 7/21 they asked to verify the address and I did. On 7/25 they asked if I wanted and RMA for the card or ship the replacement fan for the one that went missing and I told then to ship the fan, again. I am ready to toss the card and buy one from MSI or any other real company. I wonder if the Shack has a fan that will fit.
