What I have been told Rice burner is a Jap. car like a honda, toyota, etc. that runs on rice cakes. Of course cars don't run on rice cakes. Oreintal people eat rice. I have heard the that slang for atleast 10 years. Please don't take offense to my comments. Not trying to be stereo-typical or rude.
