Where I'm from (florida) they call them Rice Boys and sometimes Riceburners...... Anyways Rice Boys are all the kids...no matter their nationality that pose out there car to be fast. The reason they are called riceburners is because in California A bunch of asains started trying to make slow cars look fast and then it grew everywhere. They also call them riceburners because their "exhaust" sounds like a bunch of popping rice"
