I don't think it's "economically reasonable" to save that car, as opposed to starting with something in better shape...
Side note: The rear torsion bar hole seems mighty close to the rear fender opening, for a 70 ( which should be LWB). Then again maybe it is because the fender edge rusted off... Check the VIN ?
