Yeah I know...they're pricey. Sometimes over priced.

But I like a lot of their stuff and I've been buying it for about as long as they've been around. Their race jack cost me $600 some ten or twelve years ago. But it's outlasted many a big red or no names that I bought as companion jacks.

I purchased their 3 inch pneumatic buffer about 7-8 years ago and the head finally sheared off after lots of use. I returned it a few weeks ago and yesterday they sent me a new one, redesigned, with a head that can be replaced. No questions- no charge.

Some companies give you the pickle for free and keep you coming back. Griot's is one of them.

Anybody have similar experiences??
