I've seen that one, or one just like it many times. It hangs out at Ellington field just down the road from NASA. I've seen it on the ground, and taking off and coming in for a landing. It's crazy, it doesn't look like it should fly. In the air it looks a bit like a fast moving blimp with wings. Very cool
