After 1 year (no claims) with American, I got the renewal notice with new annual price $750 ! !
Talking to a friend who had Continental Western for decades convinced me to try them. Same numbers exactly, except premium now $207/yr. I'd never heard of them, but they were very efficient - wanted usual photos - so I will see how this goes!
State farm agent told me they could not cover stated value of $40,000 - period.
You've got to wonder!
