I'm surprised this thread got some traction.....

Basically I was trying to delete a post I started, lo and behold, when I went to the "advanced edit post" mode, the option to delete a post has disappeared....

My attempt to delete my post was done before any of you scoundrels could reply.... so I simply added enough nothing to satisfy the bbs software...

Of course I could have done that sneaky alt_255 (or 160) to make blank spaces

So now this bbs has extra spam, and you do not have the ability anymore to delete a thread you started that you changed your mind about....
