Healthy food and drinks.
One thing I've been getting into recently in a big way is coconut water. It's a great thirst quencher as it's low on sugars, high on isotopes, and great tasting. I tend to buy the coconuts a drill a couple of holes in the top and just pour it out. If you have been out for a run or something similar and find you are drinking lots of water, try this instead.
